BALL VALVES

Compact two and three piece design Ball Valves with blow out proof stem, combining economy with reliability for a wide range of applications.
Brass - Steel - Stainless Steel - Exotic Alloys - NACE MR-01-75.
Tee Bar or Lever Operation with option for locking or actuation.
NPT - BSPT - BSPP - OD end connections.
Pressure Ratings up to 6000PSI.

TUBE FITTINGS

Supply in a wide range of materials these high performance fittings feature low torque, anti-gall threads, and provide a tight metal to metal seal for most applications.
Imperial sizes: 1/8" - 3/16" - 1/4" - 5/16" - 3/8" - 1/2" - 5/8" - 3/4" - 1".
Metric sizes: 4MM - 6MM - 8MM - 10MM - 12MM - 16MM - 20MM - 25MM. Other sizes on request.
Threaded connections: NPT - BSPT - BSPP.

CONDENSATE POTS

Condensate Pots are manufactured to order in accordance with ASME IX using qualified procedures and backed by a full range of NDT options.
Steel - Stainless Steel - Exotic Alloys - NACE MR-01-75. Schedule 10 - 40 - 80 - 160 - XXS.
All Pots are hydrotested to 1.5X working pressure.
X-Ray, ultra-sonic, dye-pen and MPI available.
Shot-blast, galvanised or specialised paint finishes can be provided.
Can be supplied with supports or fixing brackets.

AIR DISTRIBUTION MANIFOLDS

Air Distribution Manifolds provide a single inlet and multiple outlets.
All Manifolds are custom made, allowing complete flexibility of design.
Brass - Steel - Stainless Steel - Exotic Alloys - NACE MR-01-75.
Pressure Ratings up to 10,000PSI.
Manifold body can be fitted with Ball Valves or Needle Valves, NPT, BSPT or BSPP.
Can be supplied with mounting holes or fixing brackets.

ACCESSORIES

A comprehensive range of Instrumentation Accessories can be supplied, including:
Fusible Plugs - melting temperatures: 58°C - 70°C - 96°C - 124°C - 138°C. Bug Vents (Port Protector or Mud Dauber) - prevents ingress of bugs or dirt. Swivel Gauge Adaptors - allows a Gauge to be positioned through 360°. Vent Plugs - bleeds to atmosphere (bleed tube can be supplied as optional extra).
